CAN WE BOOK BOTH OF YOUR SERVICES FOR WEDDING PLANNING AND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY?
The short answer is no. We want to do everything to the best of our ability and in doing that, we don't want to be stretched too thin. There is a lot of time and energy that goes into both planning and photography. If you like, we are happy to help discuss which service we think would be best for you and go from there.
WHY HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?
The simple: A planner can save you time researching and planning, prioritizing vendors, get your budget in order, sit in on meetings, review contracts, and negotiate on your behalf. We can also provide creative designs for decor, make timelines, run rehearsals, and be there the day of to make sure the entire process is running smoothly so you can simply enjoy your family and friends.
WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL WEDDING PLANNER?
We have a combined experience of over 20 years in this industry, working with professionals, knowing their roles, what works, and what could have been done better. For many of our couples, this is their first time getting married, and it helps to have a couple that knows the industry. We will always work on your behalf.
WHAT IF MY NEEDS DON'T FIT YOUR PACKAGES?
It's simple. Talk to us. We'll see what we can create for you.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU PLAN PER MONTH?
We typically do not plan more than 3 weddings per month and will never plan 2 weddings for the same weekend.
DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
We happily offer our services to destinations. Additional fees such as lodging and travel will apply.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHICH VENDORS TO RECOMMEND TO EACH ONE OF YOUR CLIENTS?
It's a combination of personality, style, needs and budget. We review and discuss many vendors to find the right fit.
DO YOU HAVE IDEAS ON HOW TO MAKE MY WEDDING SPECIAL?
Of course. That is absolutely our main goal here. One of the best things we pride ourselves on in this industry is originality. We're trying to create something authentic here, just as unique as our couples. So we are happy to have your input and branch from there.

Us. Our warmth, professionalism, and tact. Hey, we've been there. We know what it is like to build your own wedding, we've worked alongside couples and vendors for many years now and we know what works.
WHO WILL BE PLANNING MY WEDDING?
Both Danielle and Greg. Each with their own strengths, creative capacity, and ability to handle the logistics.
A WEDDING PLANNER IS EXPENSIVE; CAN'T MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY HELP OUT?
A planner is an investment in making sure your wedding day is beautiful and flawless while taking that stress and duty off you and your family. Just like you, your friends and family want to enjoy the day and celebrate with you rather than working your event for you.
WILL I LOSE CONTROL OF MY OWN WEDDING AFTER HIRING A PLANNER?
Absolutely not. That would be rather odd. It is your wedding. We are there to assist. We will always be straightforward based on experience, but we will not take all creative and logistical control. We want you to be involved and excited, and to do the best job we can.
HOW EARLY SHOULD COUPLES START TO PLAN THEIR WEDDING? HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?
The straight answer? 1 year. Sometimes, 16 months prior. But life doesn't always work that way. The point is, as much time as possible beforehand simply because life can keep you busy enough and you want to have plenty of time before your wedding day where you can handle any pop-ups while having the basics covered.
DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
We do. We have the standard 1 million in liability coverage requested by venues.
HOW DO WE RESERVE A WEDDING DATE FOR PLANNING?
We require a deposit and a signed contract to secure a date. We will schedule a payment plan ending 2 weeks before your event.
WHAT IS YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT?
We process all payments through Venmo. If your country does not accept Venmo, we are happy to accept PayPal.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF WE PAY VIA CREDIT CARD?
Venmo and Paypal both charge a fee for credit cards for using their service. We do not receive that money. We always recommend Venmo without a credit card to avoid any fees.
IF WE CANCEL THE WEDDING WILL WE RECEIVE OUR DEPOSIT BACK?
No. All deposits are are non-refundable.
IF WE CHANGE OUR WEDDING TO A DIFFERENT DATE WILL WE BE ABLE TO USE OUR DEPOSIT TOWARDS A FUTURE DATE?
Only if we have that availability. We have had this happen before and in some circumstances have had to let the couple go because their new date lined up with a couple that already booked with us. This is a extreme rarity that a couple changes their date, but on some occasions, a venue can go out of business, or other.
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?
It depends on the distance traveled. Please inquire with all location information to get an exact figure.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS ON WEEKDAY WEDDINGS, SUNDAY WEDDINGS, OR WEDDINGS DURING THE OFF-SEASON?
We do not. We also do not raise our pricing for weekends and the wedding season.
